CMD Skin Solutions (formerly Zi Zai Dermatology) is a Chinese Medicine clinic and skin care lab located in lovely Fort Collins, Colorado.  We have a full herbal pharmacy that we use to give our dermatology patients relief from their chronic skin ailments. We also formulate and hand craft professional herbal skincare products.

Our 100% natural products are highly nuanced and formulated according to the principals of Chinese Medicine Dermatology (CMD).  The herbs in each product are chosen very carefully for their specific functions in dermatological applications. The raw ingredients used in crafting our products are sourced from U.S.-owned companies.  Every herbal ingredient is thoroughly tested for botanical identity and to ensure it is free from pesticides, heavy metals, and pathogenic microbes (bacteria, yeast, molds). For our external products, we source the highest quality fair-trade and organic oils, butters, waxes and other ingredients.  We NEVER use steroids, petroleum-based ingredients, artificial fragrances, artificial colorants, parabens, or harmful synthetic ingredients of any kind. 

Our local Fort Collins clinic offers holistic solutions for patients suffering from eczema, acne, rosacea, psoriasis, alopecia, and other chronic inflammatory skin conditions.  By doing a thorough examination of the skin and gathering detailed information about the symptoms and related health information, our practitioner formulates an effective internal herbal prescription designed specifically for the unique needs of each individual patient.  Topical herbal products are also prescribed as necessary to help achieve results. In many cases, such a tailored approach offers better results than other forms of medical treatment the patient may have tried unsuccessfully in the past.  We offer telemedicine consultations for patients outside the Fort Collins, Colorado region.
