Drop teabag into a heat-safe bowl. Add boiling water and steep herbs. Soak a small, soft cotton cloth in the liquid. Wring out excess liquid (so it is not dripping), fold into a square and hold it against the affected skin. Allow the liquid to evaporate from the cloth (let it dry out) before re-wetting the cloth and applying to affected skin again. Repeat this 10 times in a row. Do this process once per day (before bed is best for infants). Pat skin dry when finished, then apply SOLUTION EC: Damp Heat herbal powder (to absorb more exudate), ointment, or cream as appropriate.
