Apply this cream 3 to 5 times per day or as often as needed to keep skin soft during the dry phases of pompholyx. During the phase when vesicles are eruptiong, it is recommended to use our Solution PE: Damp Heat Hands & Feet Steam/Soak until vesicles dry out.
