Drop teabag into a heat-safe bowl. Add boiling water and steep herbs. Steam hands by holding hands over bowl and trapping steam by covering with towel. Once cooled, soak hands in liquid for 15 minutes. Pat hands dry (do not rinse) when finished, then apply SOLUTION PE: Hands & Feet herbal cream if appropriate. Discard mixture after use. Repeat once or twice per day to dry up vesicles. FOR EXTERNAL USE ONLY.
