This supplement supports healthier skin in people who experience hives (urticaria), pruritus (itching with no visible lesions), prickly heat, or other minor red rashes that come and go.
In Chinese Medicine Dermatology, we often refer to rashes that come and go, or itching that has no visible or palpable lesions as “Wind” – because just like wind, it moves around, and you cannot see it. You can only see evidence of it (like a breeze making waves in the grass as it rolls across a field).
Our Solution UR: Wind Heat herbal supplement is formulated with Chinese herbs that are classified as able to Clear Heat, Dispel Wind and Stop Itch. *

To support healthier skin, take herbal supplement daily (can split daily dose into 2 doses per day if desired). For infants or toddlers, supplement can be given via oral syringe.
Directions for drinking herbal supplements:
1. Boil water.
2. Shake bottle before measuring out herbal supplement.
3. Place herbal supplement in mug and pour ½ to 1 cup of hot water over them.
4. Stir to dissolve. Let cool to comfortable temperature.
5. Stir frequently to avoid sediment and drink up!
To give via oral syringe, dissolve herbal supplement in hot water. We recommend approximately 2ml of water per gram of herbal supplement (our oral syringes have measurement marks on them to make this easy). In a small bowl or shot glass, add herbal supplement to hot water and stir. Allow a few minutes for herbal supplement to fully dissolve before drawing the liquid mixture up into the syringe. Place syringe between tongue and cheek, angled toward the back of the mouth and gently depress the plunger at a slow, even rate.
Suggested daily dose based on age:
Age Daily Dose
1 - 12 months old 0.5 to 1.5g
1 - 4 years old 1.5 to 2g
4 - 9 years old 2 to 3g
9 years old to puberty 3 to 4g
puberty to 18 years old 4 to 6g
18 years old + 6g
or as recommended by your TCM practitioner for best results. Examination by dermatologist or TCM practitioner is recommended prior to use of this product.

Generally, external products do not help very much for hives, so we do not make a specific external product to help with hives (urticaria).
If you have prickly heat or other minor acute rash, apply LittleRedRash herbal ointment to affected skin 3 times daily.
