For fungal (tinea/athlete’s foot) infections of the feet or nails.
We combined several herbs know for their antifungal effects with herbs that Resolve Damp Heat and Stop Itch. Drop a sachet into a container with white vinegar to use as a daily soak for affected feet and/or nails. See the How To Use section below for complete instructions. *

Drop teabag into a bucket or other container suitable for soaking feet. Add enough white vinegar (even better: 2/3 white vinegar + 1/3 antiseptic mouth wash) to cover to top of foot (submerge entire foot, even if only nails appear affected). Clean affected foot before soaking. Soak affected foot for 15 to 30 minutes per day. Pat skin dry then apply matching Solution Y/F: Damp Heat Toxins Topical Tincture. Allow tincture to absorb fully. Repeat this process once per day, EVERY DAY, until skin and toenails are clear. For best results, continue this process for 4 more weeks after skin/nails appear clear. One batch of this mixture can be reused daily for 1 - 2 weeks (leave teabag in the mixture and store in airtight container between uses).
