To support healthier skin, take herbal supplement daily (can split daily dose into 2 doses per day if desired). NOT FOR USE DURING PREGNANCY OR WHILE NURSING. This product should not be taken if you are currently on pharmaceutical MAO-inhibitors. Do not use this product while taking any prescription drug(s) without the advice of your prescribing physician. Avoid excessive exposure to sunlight when using this product.
Directions for drinking herbal supplements:
1. Boil water.
2. Shake bottle before measuring out herbal supplement.
3. Place herbal supplement in mug and pour ½ to 1 cup of hot water over them.
4. Stir to dissolve. Let cool to comfortable temperature.
5. Stir frequently to avoid sediment and drink up!
To give via oral syringe, dissolve herbal supplement in hot water. We recommend approximately 2ml of water per gram of herbal supplement (our oral syringes have measurement marks on them to make this easy). In a small bowl or shot glass, add herbal supplement to hot water and stir. Allow a few minutes for herbal supplement to fully dissolve before drawing the liquid mixture up into the syringe. Place syringe between tongue and cheek, angled toward the back of the mouth and gently depress the plunger at a slow, even rate.

or as recommended by your TCM practitioner for best results. Examination by dermatologist or TCM practitioner is recommended prior to use of this product.

SOLUTION HZ: Head herbal supplement can be used with our Qing Dai Gao herbal ointment. Apply ointment to affected skin 3 times per day or more often as needed. Wear gloves or use a cotton swab to apply to active vesicles (blisters), as the contents of the vesicles can spread the virus on your skin.

This herbal supplement is composed of concentrated granules made from water extracts of the following herbs:
Coix seed (Semen Coicis), Purslane (Herba Portulacae), Woad root (Radix Isatidis), Asian plantain seed (Semen Plantaginis), Corydalis rhizome (Rhizoma Corydalis), Forsythia fruit (Fructus Forsythiae), Woad leaf (Folium Isatidis), Arnebia root (Radix Arnebiae), Chrysanthemum flower (Flos Chrysanthemi), Red atractylodis rhizome (Rhizoma Atractylodis), Scutellaria root (Radix Scutellariae), St. John's wort (Hypericum perforatum), Licorice root (Radix Glycyrrhizae).
